Business information you submit for a public listing (such as business name, address, business phone, hours, description and photos) is intended to be published in the El Paso Select guide.

If you provide your mobile number and check a consent box in the chat widget on the Site, El Paso Select may send you, depending on which box or boxes you check, text messages about your listing (such as confirmations that it was received, verified, published or updated), replies to your inquiries, and occasional marketing messages about El Paso Select news and offers.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a listing.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

4. Cookies and analytics
